David Gibson started
his career in the entertainment industry
in 1984 working behind the scenes
for local event production and sound
firms in Washington D.C. From 1986
until 1990, he attended and graduated
from the University of North Carolina
School of the Arts, School of Design
and Production. From 1990 until 2002,
he toured internationally with theatrical
and dance productions. From 2002
until 2007 he served as the Director
of Production at Jazz at Lincoln
Center's, Frederick P. Rose Hall,
leading the start up production team
for the performance facilities at
the Time Warner Center. In this capacity,
he worked on strategic planning,
labor negotiations and budget planning.
In 2007 he joined SIA Acoustics as
a partner and in 2008 he began to
focus on growing GES to its full
potential.
Since moving to
New York in 1991, David has consulted
clients on touring operations, recording
projects, facility planning, technical
operations, sound system and acoustic
design, special events, and production
needs for the development of performing
arts facilities. He has produced
performances in Africa, South America,
Asia, and all over Europe, and in
more than 20 countries. He has supervised
all areas of production and is skilled
at providing guidance and useful
advice for program and budget development
for capital projects, concert and
facility production, and operating
budgets. He has planned and managed
the execution of hundreds of new
productions. David brings the ability
to translate technical details into
a full-scale budget, and in turn,
provide guidance and advice for executive
level decision-making. |

Adriana
Gibson is from Rio de Janeiro,
Brazil and has a dynamic career background
and experiences ranging from Technical
Production Coordinator at Teatro
Municipal Opera House, where she
was assigned to direct all operational
aspects of in house productions,
a crew of 45 union stage technicians,
rehearsals and performances for the
resident Opera, Ballet and Orchestra
companies and coordination of the
technical needs of international
touring companies. As an event planner
in New York City, she negotiated
contracts and planned private events
for corporate and not for profit
clients such as FOX Network, Vogue
Magazine, Apple, New York City Center,
U.S. Open and Paul Taylor Dance Company.
Adriana is a graduate of the New
York School of Interior Design, has
a Masters Degree in Latin American
History from Universidade Santa Ursula, Rio de Janeiro, and is a member of American Society of Interior Designers ASID and International Interior Design Association IIDA. |

Lynda
Erbs joined GES in 2008
and is from Washington Depot, CT.
She began her career touring the
world as a Production Stage Manager
and as a freelance Lighting Designer
for several New York area dance companies,
and later moved on to serve as Company
Manager. She moved to New York City
in 2008 and works with GES as a Production
Stage Manager and Event Manager on
a variety of events from concerts
and theatrical productions to corporate
and special events. Lynda holds
a Bachelor Degree in Spanish & English
Literature, and Dance from Skidmore
College. |

Eric D. Wright joined GES in 2011 and brings 15 years of experience as a programmer, executive producer, stage manager and tour manager. He started his career in New Orleans as a blues/jazz radio programmer and host at WWOZ-FM. He worked as a tour manager for Terence Blanchard, and on special projects with Charlie Haden, Stanley Turrentine and Cassandra Wilson. He moved to New York City in 2000 where he is a co-founder and Executive Committee member for Horns to Havana and the jazz series "Sidemen Stepping Out". Eric has traveled to more than 37 countries, and has worked with the Rochester International Jazz Festival, David Sanchez, Savion Glover, Avery Brooks and many others. He is presently the Assistant Director of Programming at Jazz at Lincoln Center where he started the "Blues Summit" concert series. Eric holds a Bachelors of Arts from Virginia Commonwealth University in Sociology and Anthropology. |
